The Challenge: Easy to find services

Bupa's clients need to easily find the available services and information about medical centers, so they can book an appointment, find their test results, the center's location, etc.

The Solution: Clear interfaces

We designed the websites in collaboration with Bupa, following their official guidelines and rules to create a cohesive look. Users can find the most important information at a glance.

AltaVoz also provides hosting and support services, ensuring the websites will be available to users when they need to look for information, book appointments, or find out the results of their exams.

About the Project

"Over 60% of our scheduling is done through the website", explains Rossana Casanova, Marketing Assistant Manager at Intergramedica. Therefore, the website must be available at all times and allow easy access to make appointments, find test results, and access other information about the centers, such as open hours and location. AltaVoz provides cloud services for these websites, making sure they are available and secure.

AltaVoz designed and developed the websites for Bupa's medical centers and clinics in Chile, as well as other related websites about health and healthcare. All designs were made using Bupa's official guidelines and rules about the use of color, images, typography, and other details.

Bupa is constantly adjusting its design to deliver a better service for the patients. "We have satisfaction surveys that are always telling us what the users are looking for, and how easy it is to reach a piece of information. We are always renovating to make the user journey easier, so the information we think is most important is reachable", says Ms. Casanova.

Some of the websites include integrations with internal services from Bupa, which had to be specially developed by AltaVoz. These integrations allow users to obtain exam results through the website and send complaints and commentaries directly to Bupa's ticketing platform.

The websites were built with Prontus CMS, where the content and marketing teams can independently modify and create new pages with relevant information and campaigns.

Intranet

AltaVoz also developed an Intranet for medics who work at Bupa's healthcare centers. AltaVoz developed an integration to use Bupa's authentication systems, so users don't need different credentials from what they regularly use to log into the website.

The intranet connects to several different services to provide a centralized place for doctors to find all the information they need, without needing to log into each again. These include access to a technical library, an e-learning platform, talks and conferences, and information about their fees.

This data is obtained from different services, for which special integrations had to be developed by our team.
